Yes. BROOMAROO provides the professional equipment and cleaning supplies needed for your service. Tell us in advance about sensitivities or products you prefer us not to use.
No. Your quote is based on your home and service—not the number of team members. We may send one cleaner or a team depending on the schedule and job size.
We will pause before beginning, explain any recommended price or scope change, and ask for your approval. You will never be surprised after the work is done.
Everyone on the list receives 48-hour early booking access. Rewards are then based on the order eligible Redwood City and Menlo Park households complete a recurring-service booking: the first 50 receive a 12-month launch-price lock, the first 25 also receive a complimentary first-visit deep-clean upgrade, and the first 10 also receive their third recurring clean free.
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. Changes within 24 hours may be charged 50%; lockouts or no access may be charged the full service price.
